This is for me serious question. To make this a pleasant experience for all, leisure and entertainment need to know how to punish those who cheat? IMHO you need to delete a character who cheats the person who did this to give the ban a week and on their way to making a new character.

They got an anti cheat system and if people want to cheat so it's a ban .

I don't think that they will get really all the cheaters. Even Mythic/GOA couldn't get all of them so why should a private-server-team do this much better?

The difference nobody at mythic working for keep the server safe since a long time here we got an anti cheat system and all data , all report for cheater will be really important to us and if we got cheaters so it's ban and they can play another MMO .

The important thing is to have ppl fighting against them, and have the way to detect 3rd party programs.

Don't increase running speeds on the server, because it will be nearly impossible to detect speedhacks this way just by your eyes and experience. The more basic speed you got - the harder.
Still there was almost no cheaters on euro servers few years ago, compared to EA division server Ranald in our country. Obviously EU game masters was banning cheaters and exploiters, until EA fired them.
I recommend Hadrware ban +IP ban.

Also - Starter Mount as substitute for speed increase.

EAmythic didnt care if you were cheating as long as you paid them their $15 a month. Why do you think the multiboxer was never banned. Its NOT because its not cheating, its because they were paying over $100 a month for their stupid characters. Even tho they need illegal 3rd party software to control all those characters.
