Server reboot corrupted completed quests

When the servers were rebooted early in the morning, quests I had completed reappeared in my quest log. However, I was unable to turn these quests in again. If I abandoned them I wasn't able to take them again. Logging out and back in after abandoning the quests caused them to reappear in the quest log again (and still unable to turn them in again). Ended up deleting and recreating character to fix the issue.
