You can exit the map by swimming to the west

You can swim off the west side of the map into another zone. That zone has one small land mass in it. Keep swimming to the west end of that zone and the game visually glitches out. You're dropped off the world and land underneath it. Moving back into that area teleports you up to the water level again.
