order rezzing in the same spot they were killed

There was a WH ganking at the starting location (our 1st camp), killed him twice and he kept rezzing instantly in the same spot I killed him, with full HP, while I rezzed in the camp. Also, no renown for killing him. + the log showed that we were both unflagged for pvp but we still could attack each other.
