need to relog to gain level

no idea if its posted already but everytime I ding new level I have to relog to actually get that level. \r\n\r\nLeveled from 4 to 5. got acid bomb ability but couldnt use it cuz my level was too low. my character was still at lvl 4. after relog display of my toon level was lvl 5 and everything worked.
