"The True Test" not updating with "Tower Guard" kills

The quest \"The True Test\" (Chaos Chapter 1) has two parts: kill a \"Tower Guard\" and kill \"Captain Von Wilke\". The captain kill updates the quest, but the Tower Guard kills do not. This applies whether you try to kill a guard before or after the captain.\r\n\r\nThe \"Tower Guards\" are also used for \"The Soulreaper\" quest (defiant souls drained) and that works fine.
