Rendering bug, server related. PVP game-breaker

Enemy players are not rendering at all until you re-enter the area. Game-breaker. Any random amount of players in rendering range can be invisible to you due to this nasty bug. They can see you and can kill you, but you can see only \"something hitted you\" in combat log. You can see this glitched enemy players only if you run away 100+ meters from them and return back.\r\nI saw 3 enemies near Grey lady inn only after I have ran 150+ meters and returned back.\r\n
